WASTE CONSCIOUS AND UPCYCLING*

For us, a good product is a used product. The fruit from breakfast is repurposed as herbal teas, smoothies, and jams, minimising waste. Yesterday’s brioche becomes a tasty French toast. Buffet cold cuts and cheeses turn into tempting sandwiches. Nothing is lost, everything gets repurposed. By working with local suppliers and producers, we give a second life to objects. A unicycle used as a breakfast buffet tray, a skateboard as a light fixture and unique beds created from 75% recycled materials. Your greet hotels are a realm of upcycling and eco-design.
